Screen Assemblies and Spare Parts

All screen assemblies, digitizers, and replacement spare parts come with a Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects. Lifetime warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, internal cracks, and incidental damages. Credit will be applied to the account as the current sales price.

Replacement Batteries

Replacement Batteries come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Credit will be applied to the account as the current sales price.

Tools and Repair Accessories

All tools and repair accessories come with 30 days warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Credit will be applied to the account as the current sales price.

Laser Machines

All Laser Machines come with 30 days warranty for manufacturing defects. 30 days starts the day you received machines, not the purchase date of the product. Sometimes shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery. We offer 1-year software and troubleshooting support for laser machines.

Within the Warranty Period

Laser machines can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if it's brand new and never used. After this period, you cannot return it. If there is a manufacturing defect problem within 30 days we will fix it, if it’s not fixable we will replace it with a new one or credit the amount back to your account. Shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase amount before finalizing the refund amount.

After the Warranty Period

We do not offer a free return label after 30 days. Furthermore, we will do our best to serve you and take care of your problems with laser machines, but we cannot handle shipping costs. You can bring it with you or you can ship to us. If we repair your laser machine after the warranty period, replacement parts cost and labor might be invoiced. Used laser machines are not subject to return for credit or can not replace with higher model

All Other Accessories

All accessories come with 60 days warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Credit will be applied to the account's current sales price.
Displayed cases, crushed boxes, non-package accessories, price taped packages, used products that were sold more than 60 days ago products are not eligible for return. If you received the wrong product or made an order by mistake, if you purchase accessories more than what you need, please contact us in 60 days, you can return them without any restocking fees. Please make sure it's in brand-new condition and original packaging.

Any of our customers that are believed to be abusing our generous return policy can be subjected to more firm and stricter policies.

Phone LCD Parts offers simple, clear, hassle-free, and fair returns. We believe in and trust our quality, and we would like to make our customers happy at the end of the day. We will stand by our products all the time, and we are offering a peace of mind Return Policy. If you receive broken or damaged items, you must notify us within 3 days upon receiving your order. Phone LCD Parts reserves the right to reform our return policy at any time.

Prepaid RMA Label;  We are providing a free ground shipping label once a month if your orders total are greater than $1000 within the last 30 days period. If your account is eligible for a free return label, please email [email protected] for a pdf file return label. If your account is not eligible for a prepaid RMA label, we can still provide you with a prepaid label and deduct $15 from your RMA credit balance.  If you need to return any product, please go ahead and ship it to us. If your account is eligible for the Free RMA label we will provide it to you. Please call customer service, your sales representative, or email [email protected].

RMA Processing Time; Once we receive the package, we will inspect them and give you a result in 3 business days after we received the package. Please log in to your account to see the result of your returns. By the way, we are sending an email once your report is finalized and applying credit to your account.

Not Ours Products; Phone LCD Parts does not accept returns for products purchased from somewhere else. Removed stickers and stamps will void the warranty. If you would like to get back the “Not Ours” product, please contact your sales rep or customer service within 7 days, we will make sure it will ship with your next order. All denied products are recycled after one week this period starts with the completion of your RMA report. We do not take any responsibility for denied products after one week.

Restoking Fees;   We do not apply any restocking fees for products in a new and resalable condition. Please return them within warranty periods. No longer carried products are not subject to return for credit. If the original purchase date is greater than 60 days and/or products are not carried anymore you might not be able to return. If the packaging is destroyed, then a %10 restocking fee will be applied.
