Screen Assemblies and Spare Parts

All screen assemblies, digitizers, and replacement spare parts are backed by a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. The lifetime warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, internal cracks, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.

Replacement Batteries

Replacement batteries are supplied with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing faults. Thewarranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.

Tools and Repair Accessories

All repair tools and accessories are supplied with a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.

All Other Accessories

All accessories purchased from Phone LCD Parts which are subject to defective can be returned in 30 days. If the order is placed by mistake or is not needed anymore etc., it can still be returned in 15 days. These time limitations begin on the date you received your shipment. Please make sure that each accessory is placed in the original box. Unfortunately, even if we try our best, if you exceed the given time limit, we cannot proceed with a refund. We are kindly requested you contact your customer service agent about the process anytime you need further assistance.

Laser Machines

All repair tools and accessories are supplied with a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.

Within the Warranty Period

Laser machines can be returned within 30 days for a complete refund if it is brand new and ever used. After this period, you will not be able to return it. If there is a manufacturing defect problem within 30 days we will fix it, if it's not fixable we will replace it with a new one or credit the amount back to your account. Shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase amount before finalizing the refund amount.

After the Warranty Period

We do not offer a free return label at the end of 30 days. Moreover, we will do our best to serve you and take care of your problems with laser machines, but we cannot manage delivery costs. You can drop it off or ship it to us. If we repair your laser machine after the guarantee period, the cost of spare parts and labor could be invoked. Used laser machines are not subject to return for credit or cannot replace with higher models.

We will stand by our products all the time, and we are offering a peace of mind Return Policy. If you receive broken or damaged items, you need to let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Phone LCD Parts reserves the right to reform our return policy at any time.

RMA Prepaid Label

We provide a free ground shipping label once a month if the total of your orders exceeds $1,000 in the last 30 days. If your account is eligible to receive a free return label, please email [email protected] to obtain a PDF return label. If your account does not qualify for an RMA prepaid label, we can always provide you with a prepaid label and deduct $15 of your RMA credit balance. If you need to return a product, please move forward, and send it to us. If your account is eligible for the Free RMA label, we will provide it to you. RMA Processing Time

Once we receive the package, we will inspect them and give you a result within 3 business days after we received the package. Please login to your account to view the results of your returns. As a matter of fact, we will send you an email once your report is finalized and we apply the credit to your account.

Restocking Fees

For products that are brand-new and in resalable condition, we do not charge any restocking costs. Please send them back during the warranty term. Products that are no longer carried cannot be returned for a credit. You might not be able to return an item if the original purchase date was more than 60 days ago and/or the item is no longer available. There will be a 10% restocking fee if the packaging is damaged.

Rejected Items

Rejected items (Cracked screen, Technician Damages, item does not belong to our company) will be kept in our warehouse for 15 days. You can ask us to send these items for us to send back to you and we can ship them with your next order. Otherwise, these items will be sent for recycling.
