Screen Assemblies and Spare Parts
All screen assemblies, digitizers, and replacement spare parts are backed by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover technician damage, physical damage, internal cracks, or incidental damage. Store credit will be issued at either the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower.
Replacement Batteries
All replacement batteries include a 1-year warranty for manufacturing faults. This warranty excludes technician damage, physical damage, and incidental damage. Store credit will be issued based on the current selling price.
Tools and Repair Accessories
All repair tools and accessories include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. Technician damage, physical damage, and incidental damage are not covered. Store credit will be issued at the current selling price.
All Other Accessories
Defective accessories may be returned within 30 days in the original packaging. If the product was ordered by mistake or is no longer needed, it may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. If the return window has passed, refunds cannot be processed. For assistance, please contact your customer service representative at any time.
Laser Machines
Laser machines are subject to the following warranty and return terms.
Within the Warranty Period
Laser machines may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if they are brand-new and unused. If a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days, we will repair the unit. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it or issue store credit. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
After the Warranty Period
After 30 days, free return labels are not provided. Customers may drop off or ship their laser machine to our facility. Repairs performed after the warranty period may incur costs for parts and labor. Used laser machines are not eligible for credit or upgrades to newer models.
Phone LCD Parts Return Policy
Phone LCD Parts offers simple, clear, and hassle-free returns. If you receive broken or damaged items, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Phone LCD Parts reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
RMA Prepaid Label
We provide one free ground return label per month if your total purchases exceed $1,000 in the past 30 days. To request a label, email [email protected]. If your account is not eligible: We can still provide a prepaid label. A $15 deduction will be applied from your RMA credit balance.

RMA Processing Time
Once your package arrives at our facility, your return will be fully processed within 3 business days, and the corresponding credits will be applied to your account.
Restocking Fees
Brand-new products in resalable condition are not subject to restocking fees. Products no longer carried or purchased more than 60 days ago may not be eligible for return. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to avoid restocking fees.
Rejected Items
Rejected items (cracked screens, technician damage, items not purchased from our company) will be stored for 15 days. You may request these items be returned with your next order. Otherwise, the items will be disposed of without return.
Refunds and Store Credit
All RMAs are processed as store credit without deductions.
Refund Eligibility: Purchases within 60 days → may be refunded to the original payment method. Purchases older than 60 days → will receive store credit only, regardless of the item category.
Store Credit Terms: Store credit cannot be sold or transferred to third parties. Store credit is valid for 1 year. Unused credit after 1 year will expire and become inactive.
